Our founder, Paul Mullon is heavily involved in the creation of industry standards, working with the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) internationally and in South Africa. His focus is primarily on those standards which impact on document and records management.
Our mission is to help companies design and implement document and records management strategy, policies, processes, procedures and systems such that they meet the requirement for compliance and risk management, at the same time as delivering bottom line benefits to the operational business units.
Our philosophy is that compliance and records management should never be seen as an organizational overhead or expense, but must always help in reducing costs and improving efficiencies.
