One of the biggest challenges facing records professionals is that they often don't understand ICT fully. Even when they work with EDRMS systems or use scanning technology, they still dont know enough to adequately have discussion with ICT professionals.
This programme starts at the very beginning and explains basic ICT concepts, such as the components of a computer, databases, different types of systems, networking, the internet and search engines.
