This presentation was developed and delivered to provide guidance on setting up an AI strategy. It adopts a "Organisational strategy"-first approach as compared to an AI-first approach, which is a very common tendency.
The proposed approach moves away from selecting AI as the answer to all organisation problems, to one of first identifying what you are trying to achieve as an organisation, and then identifying wnen and where AI can deliver real value.
